Xerox – Account Director (Creative and Digital Services)
This new role requires a creative and entrepreneurial Account Director to lead in the expansion of our Creative, Digital and Print Services offering within one of our key Pharmaceutical accounts based in Sweden. This is a brand new role providing the successful candidate the opportunity to really shape the future of the account and to also create amazing work for one of the world’s largest Pharma companies.
The Creative Account Director will be the face and voice of the team and be expected to help promote the breadth of our Marketing Services to Astra Zeneca. Candidates must be able to think strategically, and importantly must understand the commercial impact of creative projects and be able to confidently articulate the benefits of Xerox capabilities to a mix of clients that span Brand Marketing, Product Management and R&D.
One of the main responsibilities will be to develop strong business relationships with clients and grow the business that Xerox delivers to this strategic account. The role holder will be expected to work closely with the Creative Directors and Studio teams that already exist in the Xerox global business structure.
The Account Director will also be expected to lead presentations and provide solutions and ideas in client meetings along with developing new business within this account. The successful candidate will have gained a wealth of knowledge in client relationship management and should be able to impress with the depth and vision of their Creative Account Management expertise, along with strong business acumen.
Candidates should have a wealth of experience in Client Account Management or come from a Client Service Delivery background, along with the ability to lead a team; they should have gravitas, intelligence, charisma, and vision, be a problem solver, a self-starter and someone with real energy and drive.
This role will be based onsite with the client and split across two main locations in Sweden. Experience of the Pharmaceutical sector will be a significant advantage along with experience of leading creative accounts and digital transformation projects for blue chip companies.
