Entrepreneurial Sales Executive provides a unique opportunity to early on be a founding member of the Netigate’s sales organization for new markets
A Day in the Life:
• You make 50+ cold calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day, in order to book meetings with new prospects
• You complete 2-3 meetings with new prospects
• You collaborate with other Sales Managers, to discuss and strategize methods to improve the sales processes
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Exceed pipeline generation targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis supported by the right activity metrics (adding contacts, calls, completed meetings, creating opportunites, etc.)
• Exceed revenue targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• A doer – ability to adapt, execute, drive change and grow quickly as we build the organization
• Top performer with proven track record
• Experience with sales, preferably in a start-up or fast growth environment
• Consultative Sales approach/Problem solver (emphasis is on what the potential customer wants and needs)
• A firm grasp of how business works, including sales, consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
• Clear and articulate communication skills
• Extremely proactive, organized and sense of responsibility
• The ability to think big, but the discipline to start small, with focus on execution
