The recruitment process

The basis for professional recruitment is knowledge about the customer's business, culture and vision. We place great emphasis on this part as we always develop a detailed profile of requirements. All Consultant Managers, Sales personnel, and the leadership group at Swesale Recruitment & Staffing have extensive business experience. This ensures that we understand customer requirements and challenges.

Job Profiling
We always conduct a survey and analysis of customer activity and needs towards recruitment and/or staffing. This provides a basis for developing job specification and the timeframe in which we will solve the mission.

Mission Profile
The requirements profile leads to our mission profile. Advertising through the relevant channels are the basis of jointly developed requirements and mission profiles. Sample ad channels are: Monster, DI, DN et al. In addition to the applications we receive through advertising, we actively search through our internal candidate bank and our network. We also work with headhunting in agreement with each client.

Interview
Current candidates from the mission profile will be telephone interviewed and assessed on the basis of the jointly developed job specification. After this the suitable candidates will be called in for a personal interview. Each interview is documented including which we again utilize as a tool in our candidate presentation. Our presentation includes CV, summary of each candidate, interview form filled out by the candidate, and where appropriate, the results of personality tests. We present a minimum of 2-3 final candidates per post.

References
Reference checks are carried out on the candidates that the customer wishes to employ.

Employment
The contract is drawn up between the candidate and client.

Quality Assurance / Monitoring
In order to secure the quality of our mission we actively follow up with both client & candidate within 100 days of hire. Follow-up is carried out in order to ensure both employee - and customer satisfaction and provides an opportunity for all parties to continuously develop together.

Warranty
If the customer is not satisfied with the recruitment we will redo the recruitment free of charge. The warranty is valid for 100 days.
